GoHighLevel pricing starts at $97 per month for the Starter plan, $297 per month for Unlimited and $497 per month for Agency Pro, with annual billing at $970, $2,970 and $4,970 a year. Your real monthly bill is the plan plus metered usage (texts, calls, email and AI), plus any add-ons such as the $497/mo white-label mobile app or WhatsApp at $10/mo per sub-account.

Below is what each of the three plans includes, every usage rate HighLevel publishes, the add-on price list, and worked totals for four realistic setups. All HighLevel pricing below comes from the vendor’s own pricing page and help-center rate guides, checked on October 2, 2026, so treat it as current GoHighLevel pricing for 2026. GoHighLevel pricing plans compared

GoHighLevel offers three plans with published prices, plus a custom Enterprise tier. Contacts and users are unlimited on all of them. What changes between the pricing tiers is the number of sub-accounts (one per client business), what you can rebill, and how far the white-label goes. Pick the GoHighLevel pricing plan by how many client accounts you’ll run, since that’s the limit you hit first.

PlanMonthlyAnnualAnnual, per monthSub-accountsWhat it adds
Starter$97$970$80.833Core features, unlimited contacts and users, 24/7 support
Unlimited$297$2,970$247.50UnlimitedWhite-label desktop web app, custom domains, rebill phone and email at cost, basic API
Agency Pro$497$4,970$414.17UnlimitedSaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling with markup (including AI), advanced API, agent reporting
EnterpriseCustomCustomCustomUnlimitedDedicated support, custom development, white-label mobile app and HIPAA included

Older guides and some partner pages use different names for the same tiers, such as “Agency Starter” and “Agency Unlimited,” and many call the third one “the Pro plan.” HighLevel’s current pricing page calls the $497 tier Agency Pro (formerly marketed as SaaS Pro), and that’s the name used here.

GoHighLevel Starter plan ($97 per month)

The GoHighLevel Starter plan gives you the full set of core features: CRM and pipelines, the website and funnel builder, workflow automation, email and SMS marketing, calling, booking calendars, social planner, payments and invoicing, and the AI tools on pay-per-use. HighLevel pitches it at small businesses and solo marketers, and it’s also the sensible pick for a new agency just starting with one or two clients.

The limits are structural. You get 3 sub-accounts, no rebilling and no white-label desktop app. For a single business, or a freelancer with one or two clients, that’s fine. An agency signing its fourth client has to move up, and any texts or emails those clients send land on your card with no built-in way to pass them through.

GoHighLevel Unlimited plan ($297 per month)

The GoHighLevel Unlimited plan is the one most agencies end up on, and HighLevel labels it “Most Popular.” The sub-account cap disappears, you can white-label the desktop web app on your own domain, and you can rebill phone and email usage to each client sub-account at cost.

“At cost” is the catch. Unlimited passes usage through without a markup, so rebilling protects your margin but doesn’t add to it. Unlimited also can’t rebill AI usage. If you put Voice AI on a client’s account, either the client pays you for it in the retainer or you eat it.

Agency Pro plan ($497 per month) for SaaS resellers

Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode: you set your own subscription prices, sell sub-accounts under your brand, provision new accounts automatically when a client pays through Stripe, and rebill phone, email and AI usage with a markup you choose. It also adds advanced API access and user/agent reporting. Our guide to GoHighLevel SaaS Mode covers how the setup works.

What Agency Pro does not include is a white-label mobile app. That has been a common claim in reviews for years, and it’s wrong for the current plans: the branded app is a separate add-on at $497/mo (more on that below). The Agency Pro plan is for agencies that want to resell GoHighLevel as their own software product. If you’re only running client campaigns, the extra $200 a month over Unlimited mostly buys markup on usage.

Enterprise

Enterprise has no public price. HighLevel’s pricing page lists a dedicated customer success manager and account manager, a dedicated Slack channel, premium support, quarterly business reviews, custom development, the white-label mobile app and HIPAA compliance as part of it, and you get a quote through the sales team. It becomes worth asking about once you’d otherwise be paying for both the mobile app add-on and HIPAA separately, which together cost $794 a month.

Monthly vs annual billing

Annual billing gives you twelve months for the price of ten, a discount of about 16.7% on every tier.

Plan12 months billed monthlyBilled annuallyYou save
Starter$1,164$970$194
Unlimited$3,564$2,970$594
Agency Pro$5,964$4,970$994

Monthly billing has no contract. HighLevel’s FAQ is explicit that the platform runs month-to-month, so you can cancel any month. That makes the decision simple: stay monthly through the trial and your first real client rollout, then switch to annual once you know you’re staying. The savings aren’t worth locking in a year before you’ve lived with the learning curve.

Usage pricing and hidden costs on every plan

This is where most GoHighLevel cost estimates go wrong. The subscription covers the GoHighLevel platform itself, and everything you send through it is pay as you go. Sending a text, making a call, sending an email or running an AI agent is metered through HighLevel’s LC Phone and LC Email services, and those charges hit each sub-account’s wallet.

Usage itemRate (US/Canada)
SMS, inbound or outbound$0.00747 per segment (10% off the $0.0083 list rate)
Carrier fees on outbound SMSPassed through, e.g. AT&T $0.0035, T-Mobile $0.0045, Verizon $0.0050
MMS$0.0220 outbound; $0.0165 inbound local, $0.0200 toll-free
Outbound calls$0.0166 per minute
Inbound calls$0.01165 per minute ($0.0198 toll-free)
Phone numbers$1.15/mo local, $2.15/mo toll-free
Call recording / transcription$0.0025 / $0.024 per minute
A2P 10DLC registration (low volume)$22.50 one-time, plus $1.50 to $10.50/mo per campaign
A2P 10DLC registration (high volume)$64.00 one-time, plus $10.50/mo per campaign
Email (LC Email)$0.675 per 1,000, incoming and outgoing, including CC and BCC
Email verification$2.50 per 1,000
Workflow premium actions$0.01 per execution

Two details trip people up. First, A2P 10DLC registration is required to text US numbers from a local number, and HighLevel’s phone guide says submitting a campaign starts both the one-time fee and the monthly campaign fee whatever the review outcome. Budget it per client brand. Second, a fixed 5% markup applies to carrier and A2P pass-through fees at the sub-account level, but only when rebilling is turned on.

Email sending costs are low per message, but LC Email bills every message in and out, so a busy shared inbox adds up alongside your email marketing campaigns. HighLevel’s docs say LC Email runs on Mailgun. Some users report deliverability problems on shared sending until a domain is set up and warmed, and a dedicated email IP costs $59/mo if you need one. For worked SMS budgets at different volumes, see our breakdown of GoHighLevel SMS pricing.

GoHighLevel AI pricing: pay-per-use or AI Employee

AI is the most misreported part of GoHighLevel pricing. Conversation AI, Voice AI, Content AI and Reviews AI are available on every plan, but none of them is bundled free into Starter, Unlimited or Agency Pro. Without an AI plan, each sub-account pays per use.

On pay-per-use, Voice AI costs $0.045 a minute for the voice engine, plus text-to-speech (OpenAI or Cartesia voices are $0.015 a minute; other providers vary), plus LLM tokens, plus normal call minutes. A 100-minute month of outbound Voice AI on those voices is about $7.66 before tokens. Conversation AI is billed on tokens (for example, $1.25 per million input tokens). Reviews AI is $0.01 per review reply, and Content AI is $0.063 per image and $0.0945 per 1,000 words.

The alternative is a flat AI Employee plan per sub-account:

  • AI Employee Growth, $50/mo per sub-account. 1,000 Conversation AI responses, 100 Voice AI minutes, and unlimited Reviews AI and Content AI.
  • AI Employee Unlimited, $97/mo per sub-account. Unlimited Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI and Content AI under a fair-use policy. Agent Studio stays pay-per-use, and phone charges still apply.

The per-sub-account part matters for agencies. Ten clients on AI Employee Unlimited is $970 a month on top of your plan, the same as a second Starter subscription every month. Only Agency Pro can rebill AI usage to clients, so on Starter or Unlimited that cost has to live inside your retainer.

GoHighLevel add-on costs

How much does the GoHighLevel app cost?

The HighLevel mobile app and the LeadConnector app are free on every plan, including Starter. LeadConnector is the unbranded version agencies hand to clients so the HighLevel name doesn’t show. HighLevel’s v4 mobile update made the apps respect plan restrictions, so a client only sees the modules their plan includes.

A mobile app in the App Store and Google Play under your own agency’s name and logo is the $497/mo add-on. For a small agency that’s a big line item. It mostly makes sense if you’re reselling GoHighLevel under SaaS Mode and the branded app is part of what you sell; our GoHighLevel white label pricing page runs that math.

Real GoHighLevel costs in 2026 for four setups

These totals use the published rates above. Each one states its assumptions so you can swap in your own volumes. Carrier fees are estimated at about $0.004 per outbound text, the middle of the published AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon range, and A2P campaign fees use the top low-volume rate of $10.50 to stay conservative. Call minutes are left out.

ScenarioPlan and add-onsMonthly usage (est.)Total per month
Solo business, 1 sub-accountStarter $97~$39~$136
Agency, 10 clients, usage rebilledUnlimited $297~$400, paid by clients$297 to the agency
Agency, 10 clients, all usage absorbed, AI on 5Unlimited $297 + AI Employee Growth $250~$400~$947
SaaS reseller, 25 clients, branded appAgency Pro $497 + mobile app $497Rebilled with markup$994 before usage

Solo business on Starter. One sub-account sending 2,000 SMS segments (1,500 outbound), 10,000 emails, one local number and a low-volume A2P campaign at the top $10.50 rate. That’s $14.94 for texts, about $6 in carrier fees, $6.75 for email, $1.15 for the number and $10.50 for A2P, so roughly $39 of usage and $136 a month all in, plus the $22.50 A2P registration once.

Agency on Unlimited with rebilling. Ten clients, each sending 1,500 segments (1,000 outbound) and 20,000 emails with one number and an A2P campaign, run about $40 each: $11.21 in texts, $4 in carrier fees, $13.50 in email, $1.15 for the number and $10.50 for A2P. That’s roughly $400 across the book. With rebilling on, each client’s wallet pays that at cost (plus the 5% on carrier and A2P fees), and your own bill stays at $297, or $29.70 per client.

The same agency absorbing usage and adding AI. Plenty of agencies sell all-inclusive retainers and pay usage themselves. Add AI Employee Growth to five clients and the monthly cost becomes $297 + $400 + $250, about $947, or roughly $95 per client. Price your retainers from that number, not from $29.70.

SaaS reseller on Agency Pro. At 25 clients, Agency Pro plus the branded mobile app is $994 a month, or $39.76 per client, before usage. Usage gets rebilled with whatever markup you set, and AI can be rebilled too, which is the part Unlimited can’t do. Add HIPAA and you’re at $1,291, which is the point to get an Enterprise quote.

For your own numbers, the GoHighLevel ROI calculator and the agency pricing calculator do the arithmetic.

Is GoHighLevel worth the cost for small businesses and agencies?

For agency owners with three or more clients, usually yes. The flat plan is the reason. Unlimited costs the same at 30 sub-accounts as at 4, and you aren’t paying per contact, so the platform cost per client keeps falling as you scale your agency. The usage fees are real but small per message, and on Unlimited and Agency Pro they can be passed straight to the client.

For a single small business, the case is narrower. Starter at $97 per month replaces a funnel builder, a marketing automation tool, a scheduler, a CRM and a texting tool, which is good value if your business needs most of them. If you only need email marketing, an email-first tool starting at $15 to $19 a month is cheaper, and if you only need a sales CRM, a free CRM covers it. Our is GoHighLevel worth it analysis goes deeper on who gets value from it and who doesn’t.

GoHighLevel pricing comparison with other CRM pricing

Here’s how GoHighLevel’s pricing at the entry and agency level compares with tools it often replaces or competes with. Competitor prices are list prices from each vendor’s pricing page (ActiveCampaign from agreeing 2026 third-party sources), billed monthly unless noted.

PlatformEntry pricePricing modelMulti-client / agency option
GoHighLevel$97/mo (Starter)Flat per plan, unlimited contacts and usersUnlimited, $297/mo, unlimited sub-accounts

Kartra$59/mo (Essentials)Contact capsBuilt for one business
Vendasta$99/mo minimum spendMinimum spend, seatsProfessional $499/mo minimum, 1-year contract

The different pricing models explain most of the gap. Single-business tools look cheaper at the bottom, then climb with contacts or seats. HubSpot’s Marketing Hub Professional alone costs three times GoHighLevel Unlimited before you add sales or service tools. Vendasta is the closest agency-model competitor, and its Professional tier needs a one-year contract where GoHighLevel stays month-to-month. For head-to-heads, see GoHighLevel vs HubSpot and our list of GoHighLevel alternatives.

Disadvantages of GoHighLevel pricing

The headline prices are clear. The rest takes work to understand. Usage is billed per sub-account from several rate cards, A2P fees apply per client brand, and AI has two separate pricing models. An agency that quotes clients from the $297 figure alone will undercharge.

Time is the other cost. Community consensus is that setup takes several weeks and real proficiency takes a couple of months, which is why so many trials end before the platform pays off. Importing a ready-made template from the GoHighLevel snapshots marketplace shortens that, though the good ones often cost money.

Then there’s polish. The individual tools trail single-purpose competitors: the funnel builder is less refined than ClickFunnels, and the email editor is more basic than ActiveCampaign’s. GoHighLevel also suits inbound lead handling better than high-volume cold outbound, so outbound-heavy teams often add a separate prospecting tool, which is another subscription to budget.

Free trial, discounts and plan changes

Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial when you sign up on HighLevel’s site, with full access to the tier you pick. A card is required up front and you’re charged at the plan rate when the trial ends unless you cancel. Some HighLevel-hosted partner and affiliate pages offer a 30-day trial instead, also with a card on file. Usage you generate during the trial (texts, calls, AI) is billed as normal. Our GoHighLevel free trial guide covers what to test before the clock runs out.

Beyond annual billing and the longer partner trial, HighLevel doesn’t publish standing discounts. HighLevel’s FAQ says you can upgrade from Starter to Unlimited or Agency Pro and downgrade if your needs change.

Which GoHighLevel pricing plan should you choose?

Pick by how many client businesses you’ll run and whether you want to resell the software.

Choose Starter if you’re one business, or a freelancer with no more than three clients, and you’re happy to cover usage yourself. Choose Unlimited if you’re an agency with a growing roster, want the desktop app on your own domain, and want clients to pay their own texting and email costs. That covers most agencies. Choose Agency Pro once you want to sell GoHighLevel as your own product: your own subscription tiers, automatic provisioning, a markup on usage, and AI usage billed to clients. Talk to Enterprise when HIPAA and a branded mobile app are both requirements, because buying them as add-ons on Agency Pro costs $1,291 a month before usage.

Whichever tier you start on, run your own SMS, email and AI volumes through the rate tables above before you set client pricing. For everything the subscription actually buys you, see our complete GoHighLevel review.
